Refund Policy

A refund, once approved, is processed back to the original payment method within 10 days. The issuer controls when that credit appears. Exchanges are also accepted, with the replacement choice dependent on available stock.

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a mailed return or exchange. We welcome both defective and non-defective return requests, including changed minds, personal preferences, and mistaken item choices, as well as damage, faults, wrong goods, missing pieces, or material misdescription.

Return eligibility is limited to new and unused merchandise in original condition, retaining its packaging, tags, and accompanying accessories. For merchandise delivered damaged or defective, preserve its received condition so the problem can be reviewed.

Ask for authorization with the order number, checkout email, and a reason. Attach photos or video of the product and packaging if it is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Never mail a return before authorization. The package contains a free return label for the mail return, and there is no restocking fee.
