Shipping questions are easier to resolve when you provide your order number, the email used at checkout, destination postal code, and any tracking number. Please retain damaged packaging and include photographs or video showing the parcel and affected merchandise.

Physical goods ordered from our store normally require roughly 1–2 business days of processing. The subsequent delivery/transit estimate is 3–5 business days. Actual timing is not guaranteed and can change because of carrier interruptions, holidays, severe weather, demand, or incomplete order details.

Check checkout for the destinations and services offered, any delivery limitations, charges, and free-shipping eligibility. Customers are responsible for entering a complete mailing destination and accurate email and telephone details.

Tracking updates, when available, can take time to register. Contact us if a shipment is late or appears lost. When a carrier marks a parcel delivered, examine the delivery area and check with household recipients; we can then review the matter with the carrier. Investigations may take additional time.
